Qualifications

• Prior bartender experience and knowledge of drinks and recipes.
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications.
• Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May serve drinks from the service well.
• Checks IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations and sanitizes.
• Maintains stock and inventory counts.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
