Job summary

Q39 is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. This role involves providing exceptional service, crafting drinks efficiently, and engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bartending experience and strong knowledge of beverages.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Proficiency with Toast POS or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (4–5 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-focused, team-oriented, and professional attitude.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices.
