Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in collision repair.
• Frame and structural repair expertise and alignment accuracy.
• Blueprints and welds done correctly with no shortcuts.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically fit for the job.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across shop colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return to original alignment.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
