Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Bulls Gap, TN to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble products using hand and power tools, follow detailed work instructions, inspect assemblies, and help keep production running smoothly on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Factory or assembly background is helpful.
• Use tools, machines, and safety gear.
• Stay on your feet, lift 50 lbs, keep moving.
• Show up steady and work with the crew.
• Must be comfortable with a nail and staple gun.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and stack parts with your crew.
• Use shop tools and gear (we’ll show you the ropes).
• Make sure what you build passes the test.
• Pack, wrap, and mark orders for shipping.
• Keep the floor safe and your station sharp.
