GE Aerospace in Loves Park, IL is seeking an assembler/operator responsible for failure analysis input, setting up test equipment, and documenting in-process verification. The role supports aerospace assembly with attention to safety and quality requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of aerospace or similar assembly experience, with the ability to lift 25 lbs and read blueprints and technical data in English.

Solder certification

Ability to work independently with some assistance from senior operators.

Understand and use required systems for repair transactions and customer requirements.

Experience operating test lab equipment

Follow schematics to aid in troubleshooting

Ability to recognize problems and resolve in a timely manner

Must be able to set up and operate relevant test equipment
