APAC Alabama, Inc., part of CRH’s South Division, is a leading supplier of asphalt and Construction Services in the Southern U.S., with operations in Alabama. The role involves operating the Asphalt Rake/Lute on paving crews to achieve proper grade and finish before compaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating an Asphalt Rake/Lute on road construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Asphalt Rake/Lute to grade and finish before compaction.
• Match and finish freshly made asphalt paving joints.
• Assist the Screed Operator with maintaining the grade and screed extensions.
• Must be willing to work varying hours and possible weekends.
