Job summary

Rose Paving LLC seeks an experienced Asphalt/Pave Box Operator to join our Houston team. This role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating paving equipment and delivering quality parking lot installations to our commercial clients.

The operator will ensure materials are installed per Rose Paving's standards, communicate daily progress with stakeholders, and coordinate with crews to maintain efficient workflow through each project phase.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating paving equipment.
• Experience with asphalt paving for parking lots.
• Familiar with Rose Paving's quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate paving equipment to install materials per project specs.
• Maintain clear daily updates on project progress.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow through each phase.
• Monitor drainage and yield and adjust as needed.
