Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement/purchasing activities.
• Knowledge of construction/engineering systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Managing sourcing events for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted trade scopes.
• Leading RFQ/RFP development, subcontractor solicitations, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Negotiating pricing, payment terms, risk provisions, and contracts exceeding $1M.
• Developing supplier and subcontractor networks for building automation and electrical/mechanical services.
• Analyzing spending data to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborating with regional leadership to improve procurement processes.
