Power Home Remodeling offers a DoW SkillBridge program for active and transitioning service members nationwide. The 2-4 month program exposes participants to multiple departments and emphasizes leadership development, customer focus, and operational excellence.

You will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders across the business, with the aim of transitioning to full-time after program completion.

Qualifications

• Active or transitioning service members only.
• Commitment to learning across multiple departments.
• Interest in leadership development and helping veterans and their families.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SkillBridge program across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy departments.
• Support project teams to deliver 5-star experiences for homeowners.
• Engage with Pathways team and leaders to accelerate development.
