Iron Mountain is seeking a vigilant Operator for its NA-SOC in Boyers, PA under the SkillBridge program. The role oversees threat monitoring and incident response across regional facilities, leveraging advanced security tech to protect people, property, and processes.

The ideal candidate is an active duty service member with at least 2 years in security and a solid grasp of CCTV, access control, and incident management. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearances are required.

Competenze

• Must be an active duty US military member eligible for SkillBridge
• Minimum 2 years in private security, SOC, or law enforcement
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems (ProWatch, Milestone, Avigilon, Crisis24)
• Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Business Admin, or related field
• MOS preferred in military police, global embassy security, or related field
• US Citizenship, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain government security clearances

Mansioni

• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and OSINT platforms to maintain real-time situational awareness.
• Evaluate security alarms, dispatch personnel or emergency services per protocol, and de-escalate incidents.
• Assess physical vulnerabilities, potential impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and external emergency services during operations.
• Log incident reports and ensure security equipment and monitoring software stay operational.
