Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a vigilant Operator to join the NA-SOC in Boyers, PA, overseeing threat monitoring and incident response to protect people, property, and processes.

Ideal candidates are active U.S. military personnel eligible for SkillBridge, with 2+ years in private security or SOC and knowledge of CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems. This on-site role offers exposure to advanced security tech and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Active duty U.S. military status and SkillBridge eligibility required.
• At least 2 years in private security, SOC, or law enforcement.
• Knowledge of CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems.
• Assoc. degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• MOS preferred in military police or related security roles.
• U.S. citizenship, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and open-source intel for threats.
• Evaluate alarms, dispatch responders, and de-escalate incidents.
• Assess vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation for assets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and emergency services during events.
• Maintain incident logs and ensure security equipment operates properly.
