Power Home Remodeling is actively supporting transitioning service members through the DoW SkillBridge program. Our 2-4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business, with a dedicated Pathways team guiding you throughout.

Departments to explore include Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy—training transitioning service members to install and run installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the DoW SkillBridge program designed for transitioning service members and military spouses.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments across Power Home Remodeling with mentorship from the Pathways team.
• Aim for full-time placement after program completion and leverage a sign-on bonus for commitment.
