Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Job Shadowing is specifically enabled for this position. Qualified Instructors will teach you the responsibilities below.
• You will be instructed daily by qualified Terracon personnel.
• Under Terracon Instructor Supervision – manage the resources and employees on all assigned projects to ensure completion based on statement of work and contract.
• Along with a Terracon instructor – visit each project site at the onset to create a set‑up clipboard and to establish communications with the project team.
• Under Terracon Instructor Supervision – monitor project and check‑in bi‑weekly.
• Under Terracon Instructor Supervision – review reports and track non‑compliant reports through resolution.
• Ensure testing and inspections are completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor – review project budget at least twice per month with Terracon management and coordinate on timely communication with client at designated budget milestones as directed by Terracon management.
• Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor – review plans and specifications, identify testing and inspection scope of work, and understand manpower needed to complete work.
• Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Perform pre‑task planning prior to executing work. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
• Look to instructors to teach the Terracon way of maintaining quality standards on all projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
