Caterpillar is seeking a High School Trainee for the Tucson Proving Ground in Green Valley, AZ. The role runs full-time during the summer, with an emphasis on hands-on work with mining equipment and labs.

Interns will work 40 hours per week under the mentorship of an experienced technician. Eligibility includes being a Sahuarita district student (Sophomore–Senior), at least 16 years old, with a 2.5 GPA, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

All positions require teamwork and quality customer service.
