Job summary

Taurus Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a Skid Steer / Mini-Ex Operator to safely operate skid steer loaders on construction sites, perform grading, material handling, and related tasks. The role requires reading site plans, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment.

Candidates should have experience with skid steers, read plans, and be physically able to work outdoors in varying conditions, with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass drug/background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating skid steers on construction sites.
• Ability to read site plans and use layout tools.
• Must have physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer loaders and related compact equipment.
• Read site plans and grade stakes to ensure accurate work.
• Perform daily pre/post-operation inspections.
• Maintain equipment through greasing and basic servicing.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
• Communicate with foremen and crew to coordinate work.
