Job summary

Payne & Dolan Inc., part of the Walbec Group, is seeking a Skidsteer Operator to perform milling, grading and asphalt tasks across Southeast WI. The role includes a $500 sign-on bonus paid at hire and an additional $500 after 90 days of employment.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, strong preference for Class A CDL, and at least two years of skidsteer experience. Applicants should be able to travel to project sites and work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of skidsteer operation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; Class A CDL strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Willingness to join the union or become a member.
