Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking a Skid Steer Operator to join our Texas-based team. You will operate complex, heavy equipment and support road and infrastructure projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of loader operator experience, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. You must pass a background check and a drug screen as part of our screening process.

• A mechanical aptitude.
• Working under all weather conditions.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operates different types of complex, specialized/heavy equipment.
• Performs road maintenance or construction related duties while operating equipment.
• Transports equipment and supplies to and from the job site.
• Maintains job site safety standards.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
