Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking a Backhoe Operator to join its Texas-based design and construction team. The role involves operating a backhoe on-site to support road maintenance, excavation, and related heavy civil work, with responsibilities spanning dig tasks, material transport, and site safety over varied projects.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of loader/backhoe experience, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work under all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Loader Operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Backhoe to perform road maintenance or construction duties.
• Constructs, maintains, or repairs highways, heavy civil, or building structures with site equipment; assists with other duties as needed.
• Digs, excavates, and moves materials such as dirt, rocks, and aggregates.
• Transports equipment and supplies to the job site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs road maintenance or construction related duties while operating equipment.
• Operates a Backhoe at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures; equipment operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed
• Operates a Backhoe to complete tasks such as digging, excavating, and move and/or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate
• Transports equipment and supplies to and from the job site.
• Maintains job site safety standards.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 1-3 years Loader Operator experience
• A mechanical aptitude
• Working under all weather conditions
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screen
