RES is seeking a skilled Craft – Operator, Forklift for project sites across Buckeye, AZ. This role demands safe operation of heavy and light equipment, thorough inspections, and reliable reporting while meeting schedules and quality standards.

Travel up to 100% domestically is required. Benefits begin on day one, including health, retirement plans, PTO, and parental leave, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years’ experience with backhoe, loader, roller and road truck required.
• 1+ years with blade, excavator and dozer preferred.
• 1+ years with crane and trencher preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically 76-100% required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy and light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing loads, perform pre-inspections, monitor usage.
• Report results from pre-inspections, hour usage, fuel usage, and deficiencies.
• Travel to different job sites, evaluate terrain requirements.
• Maintain site and equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance.
