A leading asphalt pavement solutions provider in Saint Paul is seeking a Grading Skid Loader Operator to operate a skid steer/loader for fine grading and material handling in asphalt paving projects. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating skid steer equipment in a grading or site prep role.
• Ability to read and understand grade stakes, laser levels, and/or GPS grade control.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer to assist in grading, finishing work and curb/corner work.
• Make normal operating adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
