Job summary

Independence Excavating in Arkansas is seeking a Crushing Groundsman to operate a skid steer and perform basic mechanical maintenance on plant systems, supporting safe, efficient crushing operations. You will monitor equipment, assist production teams, and maintain maintenance records on heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities include lubricating and inspecting plant equipment, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring safety compliance with MSHA regulations while helping meet project timelines

Qualifications

Experience operating a skid steer and performing basic maintenance.
