Job summary

Nice-Pak Grand Rapids is seeking a night shift Skid Loader operator to join our contract liquid manufacturing team in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role offers 2nd shift hours from 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM with weekend as needed.

You will stack and wrap finished cases, build skids to pallet patterns, monitor codes, stock packaging lines, and support line down tasks and audits while keeping a clean, organized work area and communicating with the shift supervisor.

Qualifications

• Night shift 2nd shift responsibilities as listed in the ad.
• Full-time position at Grand Rapids, MI location.

Responsibilities

• Finished Case / Pallet Stacking and Wrapping
• Build skids according to a customer pallet pattern
• Monitor case codes for correct information
• Machine stocking (Caps, Bottles, Cardboard)
• Rework of labels, fill level, overspill/cleaning bottles
• Line changeover/clearance
• Packaging Machine / Filler operator
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Help prepare for customer audits
• Line/product inspection
• Component or Inventory verification
• Communication between 1st shift and 2nd shift supervisor.
