Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado is hiring a Full-Time Seasonal Ski Valet to welcome guests, assist with ski and gear storage, and provide guidance on mountain tips. You’ll keep the valet area tidy, support arrivals and departures, and work with resort teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Training includes safety and Marriott/East West Resorts standards. Starting 11/23/2026, the role offers a fixed hourly pay of $20 and four 10-hour shifts daily between 6:30am and

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth while assisting with ski and gear storage, loading, and unloading gondolas and vehicles.
• Keep the ski valet area and drop zones organized, spotless, and running efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding service through arrivals, escorts, and departures—sharing your local mountain insight along the way.
• Collaborate with resort teams to ensure smooth, world-class experiences from start to finish.
• Maintain safety and care for all equipment while completing Marriott and East West Resorts training requirements.
