Job summary

Ski Butlers in Vail, Colorado, is hiring Ski Technicians for seasonal delivery and on-mountain support. You will handle equipment delivery to guests, provide a personalized fitting experience, and assist with on-mountain support and pickups at the end of the rental period.

No prior experience is required, and weekend or holiday work is expected. This role offers full- and part-time seasonal opportunities with base pay plus tips.

About The Role

Ski Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Primary Responsibilities

• Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
• Delivering rental equipment to guests' accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
• On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
• Picking Up equipment from guests' accommodation at the end of their rental period. Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
• Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
• KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
• KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
• KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
• Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Packing orders for future delivery
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
