Ski Butlers is seeking Ski Technicians for rental delivery in Jackson Hole. This seasonal role involves delivering equipment to guests at their accommodations, providing on-mountain support, and handling pickups at the end of the rental period.

There are weekend and holiday work requirements, with morning and evening shifts. A friendly, customer-focused approach and reliability are essential for success in this on-site position at Jackson Hole.

• Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings focusing on KCRs.
• Support: provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.
• Pickup: return rentals to the shop, sanitize, re-sticker, and tune for next use.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Packing orders for future delivery.
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery:Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on ourthreeKey Customer Requirements:
• KCR #1:On Time -Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
• KCR #2:Communication -Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
• KCR #3:Equipment -Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Support:Provide equipment support to our guestswithin 45 minutes
• Pickup:All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Packing orders for future delivery
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

• Basic ski/snowboard tuning,waxingand general equipment maintenance
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
