Job summary

Snowbird Operations LLC is seeking a Repair Technician to support operations at Cliff Sports. You will tune ski and snowboard equipment, mount and adjust bindings, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role emphasizes customer service and accurate repairs in a busy resort setting.

You will work under the Store Manager, with shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. A passion for mountains and outdoors is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with demonstrated competence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass ski binding certification prior to start date or within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of binding manufacturer’s training and on-the-job training required.
• Certification in proper ski binding setup per manufacturer specifications.
• Proficient in using repair tools and equipment provided by the manufacturer and shop.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle all department equipment with care.
• Secure customer equipment properly and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate tunes, adjustments, or rental equipment.
• Ability to interact pleasantly with guests and coworkers, maintaining positive relationships across departments.
