Job summary

Ski ‘N See is seeking a driven Store Manager for the Sandy Village location in Utah. You will lead a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment focused on people development and exceptional service.

In-season you mentor 20–30 staff, manage schedules, inventory, and merchandising; in off-season you support warehouse tasks and inter-store logistics; weekends and holidays required. The role offers competitive salary and benefits including ski passes.

Qualifications

5+ years of retail leadership experience.
Experience in ski/snowboard industry preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a Prostaff team of 20–30 individuals with coaching on service, operations, and sales.
Motivate staff to meet daily revenue and performance goals.
Create schedules within payroll budgets and maintain inventory.
Oversee merchandising and store cleanliness across a 6,800 sq ft space.
Collaborate with other store managers and support online store operations.
Assist with off-season warehouse tasks and inter-store logistics.
