Job summary

Ski ‘N See Southtowne is seeking a Seasonal Ski Shop Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail and rental operation in Sandy, UT this season. You will drive an elite customer experience, coach a energetic team, and ensure smooth store operations at a premier gateway to major canyons.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership in retail, rental, outdoor or hospitality management.
Full-time availability now through April, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for Utah's mountain culture and sharing that enthusiasm with guests.
Ability to lead and coach a high-volume store team.

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and mentor staff on service standards, boot fitting, gear rentals, and retail sales techniques.
Drive daily operations, optimize scheduling to match peak morning traffic, and stay within payroll targets.
Maintain shop floor visuals, oversee inventory control, keep pricing accurate, and fulfill online gear picks.
Motivate the crew to exceed sales targets and collaborate with regional ops managers on shop strategies.
