Job summary

Switchback Sports and Skis on the Run in Park City is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily operations of the service and repair department. You will manage tuning, repairs, inventory, and staff across rental and customer equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, knowledge of service offerings, and hands-on experience with winter ski gear maintenance. This role includes growth opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all service offerings and related equipment.
• Experience tuning and repairing winter ski equipment.
• Oversee service and repair of customer and rental equipment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Oversee maintenance of rental inventory and shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of all service offerings and related equipment.
• Must have experience tuning and repairing winter related ski equipment.
• Responsible for overseeing the service and repair of customer and rental related equipment.
• Must exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Able to oversee maintenance of rental inventory, all repair shop tools, machines, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees as well as guests.
• Hire all positions related to service.
• Create SOPs to be used in all locations for - tuning, repairs, pricing.
• Manage service staff - assist with hiring, training, etc.
• Manage ski tuning, mounting, testing, bike tuning and repair.
• Research and execute service equipment and buy accordingly.
• Responsible for all repair inventory such as wax, ptex, hole plugs, etc.
• Make sure all rental equipment is maintained.
• Order all supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance of shop area and rental equipment.
• Reports to General Manager and Owner.
• All other duties, activities and processes as assigned.

SERVICE MANAGER - PARK CITY

Thisindividual is responsible for all daily operations in the service and repair procedures for Switchback Sports.

COMPENSATION

SALARY -

$22-$24 Hourly
