Job summary

Skihaus in Massachusetts is seeking enthusiastic team members to join as seasonal ski sales specialists this winter. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with a pathway to a full-time year-round role and benefits.

You will help customers select skis and gear, fit boots, and learn products through paid clinics and management support. The role offers perks such as ski privileges at many mountains, employee discounts on brands, and a potential Holiday Bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales and skiing experience required.
• Boot Fitting Experience a plus.
• Ability to work with computers and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Taking the time to learn about the products we sell in the store and participate in paid clinics.
• Ensuring every customer leaves happy with the correct equipment for their skiing abilities.
• Keeping a clean, orderly and efficient workspace and store.

Job description

We are looking for ski enthusiasts to join the team immediately as a seasonal ski sales specialist this winter! This position has the opportunity to develop into a patio sales position that offers full-time year-round benefits like PTO, Health Care, 401(k) matched by the company, and heavy commissions opportunities.

Part-time positions available (minimum of 2-3 weekday shifts - morning or night - and 1 weekend shift a week).

Full-time positions also available!

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, sales and skiing experience required.
• Boot Fitting Experience a plus
• Assessing clients needs for skis, boots and poles.
• Ability to work with computers and iPads
• Placing, pricing and moving merchandise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to Multitask, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Previous experience with ski equipment required

Responsibilities:

This is a physical position that includes lifting, standing for extended periods of time and bending over.
