Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a Ski & Ride School Trainer to lead on-snow and classroom instruction for instructors, focusing on PSIA/AASI methods and certification prep. You will mentor staff, promote safety, and uphold company standards while adapting to student needs in a dynamic alpine setting.

The role is part-time seasonal for Winter 2026/2027, with an hourly wage of $24–$28 based on certification. Weekend and peak-period work are expected.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification required.
• Level 3 preferred; Children Specialist Level 2 preferred.
• At least 5 years teaching snow sports and experience with children.
• Excellent communication and leadership with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-snow and classroom training for instructors.
• Help instructors improve skiing/snowboarding technique and teaching skills.
• Train to PSIA/AASI methods and prep for certification exams.
• Provide feedback and adapt to students’ needs and safety requirements.
• Lead by example and maintain professional standards at all times.
