Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales.
• Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory position.
• Preferred experience in ski industry.
• Motor Vehicle Record review may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure courteous, safe, and efficient service to customers and employees.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team across multiple locations.
• Interview, hire, and evaluate staff performance.
• Lead softgoods team to meet sales targets and guest service expectations.
• Monitor KPIs (UPT, ADS, conversion) and implement daily improvement actions.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain inventory integrity.
• Manage scheduling and labor budgets; ensure accurate Retail Pro pricing.
• Coordinate with buying/distribution for merchandise replenishment.
