Job summary

Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort in Michigan seeks a bartender with a positive attitude to deliver exceptional service at the bar. You will take orders, mix traditional and creative cocktails, and suggest beer and wine pairings while keeping the bar area clean and organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify customers\' identification and ensure legal age for alcohol.
• Manage checks and tabs; record daily sales in POS system.
• Oversee inventory and stocking of wine, liquor, and beer; monitor glassware supply.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, wine, beer and mixed drinks.
• Perform opening/closing side work and maintain bar cleanliness.
