Seasonal positions are open on a rolling basis with applications accepted until December 15th or until filled. Housing is available, and the team fosters guest-focused service and professional development.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate fluently in English with co-workers and guests
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft application
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Open and close store
• Manage retail and rental inventory controls, and meet or exceed inventory goals
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and loss prevention techniques
• Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
• Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products
• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
• Drive professional development in yourself as well as others
• Other duties as assigned
• Manager on duty (when manager or assistant manager not present), overseeing all aspects of all retail/rental operations
• Manages through uncertainty and change positively
• Manages a team of up to 15 frontline staff
• Provides an important piece of our guests’ experience of a lifetime while in our resort by maintaining a strong culture of guest service
