Job summary
Cranmore is seeking experienced full-time and part-time first responders for the 2026/27 winter season. Primary duties include monitoring mountain areas for injured, lost skiers and hazards; providing first aid and assistance to skiers and snowboarders; enforcing safety regulations; and performing trail maintenance tasks.
Full and part-time shifts are available with pay based on skill and experience. Advanced to expert skiing/riding ability is required.
Qualifications
- Advanced to expert skiing/riding ability required.
- Wilderness First Responder, OEC, or EMT-B certifications are preferred.
- Must be able to work in changing and extreme weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor mountain areas for injured, lost skiers and hazards.
- Provide first aid and assistance to skiers and snowboarders.
- Enforce safety regulations and perform trail maintenance tasks.
