Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah seeks a Ski Patrol candidate to promote mountain safety, participate in avalanche mitigation, respond to emergencies, and engage guests, with duties performed primarily on skis.

Shifts run 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 4:00 PM–10:00 PM; holidays and weekends required. Seasonal, full-time, non-exempt hourly position paying $20–$21 per hour; requires HS diploma, Utah OEC/EMT-B or higher, CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must possess a current Utah OEC, EMT-B or higher certification.
• Must possess a CPR certification.
• Two-way radio experience and strong emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and transport injured individuals.
• Perform avalanche mitigation and support safety operations on the mountain.
• Assist guests and enforce safety policies.
• Maintain ski area patrol equipment and facilities.
