Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Seasonal Retail Hardgoods Lead Salesperson for the Rossignol Pro Shop in Snow Park Lodge. You will open/close the store, delegate tasks, manage inventory, and support guests with product selection and orders.

The role requires at least two years in custom ski boot fitting, knowledge of apparel and ski hardgoods, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive, team‑oriented attitude is essential for a world‑class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of custom ski boot fitting experience required.
• Experience with apparel, gloves, eyewear and ski hardgoods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; delegate daily tasks to team members.
• Manage inventory and process daily merchandise deliveries.
• Assist in overseeing guest special orders and communicate discrepancies.
• Handle sales and checkout and ensure accurate receipts.
