Job summary

Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Seasonal Retail Hardgoods Lead Salesperson for the Rossignol Pro Shop in Snow Park Lodge. You will open/close the store, manage inventory, and lead daily tasks while delivering exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years boot fitting and footbed creation experience, plus sales knowledge of apparel and ski hardgoods, and availability for daytime/evening shifts during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with custom ski boot fitting and custom footbed creation.
• Previous sales experience and knowledge of apparel, gloves, eyewear, and ski hardgoods.
• Able to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday seasons.
• Minimum four days per week; five days per week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Rossignol Pro Shop in Snow Park Lodge.
• Delegate daily tasks and manage inventory and guest support.
• Process sales and handle credit card transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assist in special guest orders and store operations.
