Qualifications

• Level 2 PSIA certification (current) required.
• Leadership/managerial experience preferred.
• Desire to grow within the ski industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ski instructors and staff.
• Collaborate with resort leadership on program development.
• Drive training initiatives and staff development.

Job description
