Responsibilities

• Deliver product to guests by carrying a tray up to 25 pounds.
• Provide friendly, quick, and polite service to guests.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues to MOD.
• Assist guests with payment and make accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Skating Carhop duties and training when applicable, including skating.
• Regular attendance and ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
