Job summary

The SONIC Drive-In team is seeking a Carhop to deliver products to guests, often while skating, in a fast-paced drive-in environment. You should be willing to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency across all service areas.

Responsibilities include presenting orders, handling payments, providing friendly service, and adhering to policies while balancing trays and performing related duties as MOD directs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/skills in customer service and multitasking.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets standards before delivery to guests.
• Deliver product to guests with a balanced tray up to 25 pounds.
• Provide friendly, quick, polite service and respond to guest requests.
• Report complaints to MOD and assist guests with payment.
• Make accurate change quickly and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Attend to trays, trash, and sanitation as directed.
