Sonic Drive-In is hiring a Carhop to serve guests by delivering food from the window or on roller skates where required. You will maintain quality and appearance standards, balance trays, and ensure fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with payment, making change, and keeping dining and drive-thru areas clean. The role involves standing and skating as needed and requires flexibility for irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge is preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Ability to follow directions and provide customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking across drives-thru, dining area, and skate service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets quality and appearance standards before serving.
• Deliver product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray up to 25 pounds.
• Provide friendly, quick, and polite service to guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report issues to MOD.
• Assist guests with payment and make accurate change.
• Clear trays and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with policies and procedures.
• Attend regular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
