FLSA STATUS: Salary Exempt

SUMMARY

Assist the Creative Design Director in various functions of the creative design department. Maintain organization within the department of projects with graphic designers and clients in all 28 resorts. Work closely with Resort Marketing department and their jobs.

DUTIES

• Receive jobs from clients.
• Log the jobs in the spreadsheet with the job number assigned to the project.
• Coordinate work with the designers and the clients throughout all 28 resorts
• Send jobs to the Director of Creative Design when ready for print and/or to be quoted.
• File each job when complete.
• Assist with phone support within the department.
• Work closely with Resort Marketing and their jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other team members of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITIES

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
