Job summary

Academy of Advanced Learning, part of the Third Future Schools network in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a Sixth Grade Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.

This full-time position offers a salary of $64,000 to $69,000 per year and includes health, dental, and vision coverage. The role starts immediately and teachers work under the supervision of the principal and assistant principal, with strong support from curriculum developers and teacher assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• They create a safe and orderly learning environment for students who are assigned to their class and for all the students in the school.
• Lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided to the teachers by expert curriculum developers.
• Teacher assistants makes copies and grade papers for the teachers.
• Teachers also have minimal duties and only four days a month.
