Job summary

Nextech Solutions seeks a Six Sigma Black Belt to document and standardize workflows across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain. This contract role focuses on current-state process capture, cross-functional handoffs, and organizational change management rather than system implementation.

The candidate will document end-to-end processes, facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders, and align with the Lead Black Belt to ensure consistency. Onsite presence in Nashville is required.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience documenting Finance/Procurement/Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance, including PPM Financials.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Onsite availability in Nashville, TN at least 3 days per week.

We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Beltto document and standardize workflows across Finance and Procurement / Supply Chainfunctions. This role will focus on capturing accurate current-state processes, particularly where cross-functional handoffs exist between Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
This role is centered on organizational process documentation and change management, not technical system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workflow discovery sessions with Finance and Procurement stakeholders
