Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Galway is offering a Six Months Management Placement Internship. You will gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while being mentored and trained in our Graduate Management Training Programme.

Based in one of our retail branches, you’ll take on real responsibilities from day one, with paid compensation, potential for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives, and employee referral rewards as you develop

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student applications are welcome from any university or subject.
• Driving licence required (full manual) in Ireland/UK/EU; accommodations possible for non-drivers.
• No drug or alcohol offences in the last five years on driving record.

Responsibilities

• Apply existing knowledge while developing both hard and soft skills across multiple functions.
• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and grow the network.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and P&L concepts.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, planning and performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train and potentially lead others as you grow.
