Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is inviting applications for a Six Months Management Placement Programme in Ireland. This paid internship places you in a retail branch to gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentorship and potential for promotion.

You will build a strong foundation in leadership and practical business skills while contributing to day-to-day operations in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.
• Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual Republic of Ireland, UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected.
• You’ll develop skills in: Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Financial Control and Profitability, Operations and Logistics, Leadership and Development.
• Lead and mentor others as you grow within the programme.
