Job summary

Ibex Limited in Washington is seeking a Data/Reporting Analyst to support the SIU and ensure regulatory adherence across NEMT operations. This role will manage, analyze, and report on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies related to Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.

The ideal candidate has advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills, with healthcare reporting experience. You will generate recurring CMS and State Medicaid reports and collaborate with operations,

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage large datasets.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving能力.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to distill complex data findings for executives.
Experience in healthcare reporting, Medicare/Medicaid or NEMT compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

SIU program support: analyze trip logs, billing and credentialing data for anomalies.
Regulatory & client reporting: develop and maintain CMS, State Medicaid, and MCO reports.
Data integrity: perform data validation to ensure accuracy across systems.
Trend analysis: identify operational cost drivers and service discrepancies.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with operations, credentialing and IT to resolve data issues.
