Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an analytics professional to serve as a strategic partner to the SIU and Payment Integrity teams. You will deliver actionable business intelligence, financial reporting, and operational insights to identify fraud, waste, abuse, and payment accuracy opportunities.

The role includes developing reporting solutions, validating data, and presenting findings to leadership while supporting sampling methodologies and measurable savings across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, SIU, or Payment Integrity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SIU, Payment Integrity, and other stakeholders to identify needs and develop analytical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for investigations, savings, and efficiency metrics.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for financial and operational improvements.
• Communicate findings through visuals, presentations, and written summaries to leadership.
