Job summary

Cayuse Holdings, LLC is seeking an Operations Analysis Awareness Specialist to maintain real-time situational awareness and deliver strategic recommendations for senior leadership. You will analyze SITREPs, CCIRs, and message traffic, develop data-driven COAs, and support 24/7 SEOC watch coverage with advanced C4I tools.

The role requires five+ years in operations analysis, DoD/Navy process knowledge, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in continuous operations or watch-standing for mission-critical functions.
• Experience evaluating operational intelligence and reporting to identify trends.
• Strong knowledge of C2/C4I systems and Navy or DoD reporting processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and data modeling.
• Active Secret clearance required; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time situational awareness across operational contexts.
• Analyze SITREPs, CCIRs, and message traffic to identify trends and risks.
• Develop data-driven COAs and present to senior leaders.
• Support SEOC, CAT operations, and 24/7 watch coverage.
• Create Power BI visualizations and MS Office deliverables for leadership.
• Coordinate with NCC/TYCOM data and ensure operational readiness.
